TAX FREE RULES

  • VAT rate applicable: 21%
  • Customer must not be resident in the EU
  • Minimum purchase amount: € 40 (same shop, same day)
  • The original invoice/shopping receipt must be attached to the Tax Free form
  • Goods must be exported within 3 months from the end of the month of purchase
  • Goods must be presented to customs when leaving the EU and the Tax Free form must be stamped with a customs stamp (confirmation of the export of the goods)
  • Custom stamp must be obtained at the last EU country
  • Refund methods:
    • Credit card/Bank account: after stamped Tax Free form (with original shopping receipt attached) is sent back to DTF via Post service
    • Cash: via cash refund agents (list below)

Ways to retrieve refund

  • Transfer to CC or IBAN (no fee) – by sending your stamped Tax free form (shop receipt attached) via Post service;
  • Transfer to CC or IBAN (no fee) – Digital Tax Free drop off box ( Vilnius airport departures hall, in front of information desk);
  • By cash (agent fee) – please check the refund agents list below;
